It seems that some people on TrainSim.com are trying to determine who owns this domain name
It's not run by [redacted], who got kicked off of TrainSim.com and ElvasTower.com for good cause a couple years ago. I'm just an individual who bought up the name to stop it from being acquired by less than upstanding individuals as some of the other classic and reputable names have been.
Because legal actions have been filed against others in the community who have stood up to theft and other questionable activities, I choose to invoke my legal right to anonymous website ownership. By doing so, it's harder for detractors to engage in a SLAPP attack (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategic_lawsuit_against_public_participation) or to engage in a chilling effects action (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chilling_effect).
Dedicated to quality content and utilities for the global train simulation community, and promoting responsible conduct with regard to the intellectual property rights of content creators.

Custom Route Services
From time to time, we get requests to build specific routes for MSTS and ORTS. Instead of saying no, we've re-thought this and instead are saying "maybe, for the right price."
Effective January 2016, pricing for doing a custom route will start at $50 per mile, with a $2500 minimum.
If you are interested in this, please contact our support email and we will gladly provide a quote if it's a project that would be interesting enough and also fit within our resources for developer time.
